Summary: Welcome to a new world of Danganronpa, and prepare yourself for the biggest, most exhilarating episode yet.If you’re reading this, thank you! I know this post is long and since I really loved V3, I wanted to give it all my love! Anyway, this will conclude my opinions and thoughts on DR’s executions. Lastly, I feel like I should mention that if you dislike Tsumgi, good! The creator actually wanted her to be hated and seeing so much hate for her makes him happy because he feels like he did a good job at writing her.īut also, don’t attack people who do like her. Also, being crushed by a rock was probably the least painful way to go out. Hosting 53 seasons of DR, only to have come crumbling down so abruptly. You can tell in her eyes that she was feeling despair. It was obvious that Tsumgi really idolized Junko and wanted to continue/host the killing game just like her. It really reminded me how dark DR can get and reminded me of Leon’s execution, which is one of my favorites.įor our second execution, the execution of Kirumi Tojo AKA It also made me feel sad which is also a plus in my book. Over all, I think this execution was great and shows us a good taste of what’s to come with later executions in the game. With all the other students looking at them and having a chain rip them away from the group. Lastly, I really like how it referenced the last two games executions. As the Ultimate Pianist, this must have cause her to feel tons of despair. In Kaede’s case, she was forced to play to a song, a beginners song at that, horribly in front a crowd of thousands. This way, the character being executed can feel despair. it just makes the whole execution even sadder.Īnother thing, as we all know, each execution relates to the character in some shape or form.

This is most likely supposed to represent that Kaede isn’t the blackened and is innocent. especially after learning what actually happened.Īlso, something I learned after watching this execution is that the song Monokuma is playing with Kaede is usually played with black notes, but instead, he’s making her play it in all white notes. Also, the final part where the piano crushed her was just way too much. Kaede’s is one of the most brutal, if not THE brutal execution in all DR games.
